A text proof will be sent to you and your officiant for final print approval. Should any mistakes be found after the final print approval, The Ketubist is not responsible for replacing the ketubah. Packaging & Shipping:

Your ketubah is made to order. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery (pending ketubah text approval). If your wedding is in less than 4 weeks, please email hello@theketubist.com to inquire about rush order availability. A rush order fee of $150 will be added to orders with less than 4 weeks to the wedding date.

The ketubah is packaged in a resealable, cellophane bag with foam-core backing which enables you to safely display & protect the ketubah at your wedding. A special archival, smudge-free pen is included with every order to ensure the signatures are crisp & last a lifetime.

The Ketubist does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the unlikely event of the ketubah being damaged or lost, we will work with you to file a claim for reimbursement from the courier. The Ketubist is not responsible for any delays due to weather, security, customs, or acts-of-god.
