step 1: the consultation

step 2: the sketch

 

rome wasn’t built in a day

this is the fun part! once the couple decides to move forward, we move into THe sketch phase. the couple will receive a design proposal which includes a summary of their vision and two designs that explore this vision. a $2000 design deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin this sketch phase. custom ketubah pricing starts at $4000 and is dependent on the level of detail, number of layers, and intricacy of the design. The design deposit is applied toward the final payment amount.

these designs are edited with the couple until they're in love with the final design.

step 3: the creation

 

everything worth doing, is worth doing well

Once the design is approved and the second deposit is paid, the ketubah production begins! WE’LL WORK ON EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR KETUBAH, WHETHER IT’S HAND CUT, LASER cut, OR SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY, TO enSURE THAT DOWN TO THE LETTER, IT’S PERFECT.

during this stage:

  • YOUR KETUBAH WILL BE CUT, DRAWN, PAINTED, AND/OR WRITTEN

  • THE KETUBIST WILL SEND YOU UPDATES AS IT’S BEING CREATED

  • SIT BACK AND RELAX! WE’VE GOT YOU

 

step 4: the delivery

i KNOW how busy life gets AS YOUR WEDDING DATE GETS CLOSER, SO i MAKE SURE TO DO EVERYTHING i CAN TO ensure YOUR KETUBAH arrives in PERFECT CONDITION and on time. every custom ketubah is shipped flat via overnight delivery and comes sealed in a resealable, cellophane bag with foam-core backing. This allows to ketubah to easily be displayed & protected at the wedding. a special archival, smudge-free pen is gifted with every order to ensure the signatures are crisp & last a lifetime!

your ketubah:

  • WILL ARRIVE ON-TIME, READY TO BE SIGNED and safely displayed at the wedding

  • WILL COME PACKAGED IN ART-SAFE materials

  • WILL COME WITH AN ARCHIVAL PEN, SO YOUR WITNESSES’ SIGNATURES DON’T smudge or FADE
